Call or textThe Storage Elevator™ is the original retractable overhead storage system, invented in 2015 by the family that pioneered steel overhead garage storage back in 1998. Instead of climbing a ladder, you lower the platform down to you with a standard power drill, load it at knee or waist height, and lift everything safely to the ceiling. We recommend loading at knee or waist height; do not lower the platform all the way to the floor, so the cables stay under tension. Those cables are certified rigging cables, and the Storage Elevator is the only overhead lift with turnbuckles, so you can level the platform by hand without tools. There is no built-in motor to burn out, because your drill does the work.

It connects to a standard power drill, an 18V drill with a 1/2 inch chuck works great. Your drill does the lifting, so there is no built-in motor to burn out or fail.

Fast shipping. Very well made product. We had 2 4x8 Storage Elevator PRO units installed by Meticulous Mike Handyman service from central Florida. Very pleased with the product and installation! Exactly what we needed. We replaced 2 stationary racks. The white finish looks great. I did have them install 1/4 inch birch plywood as a base in each unit to keep them neat and from keep small items coming through the rails. Very pleased!!

I have one word to say about the Ceiling Sam Squad. Outstanding! The sales experience was excellent. Joel texted and I asked him to call at a specific time - and he did - right on time!!! The national installation coordinator called shortly after the order was placed to introduce himself and the unit was just delivered to the house when he called again to confirm delivery and discuss installation. Overall an excellent team.
I am impressed with the packaging. It was very well done. I have never seen packaging with metal protectors on the ends.
