CEILING STORAGE AND MORE INC. (CEILINGSAM)
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Return & Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all purchases of Products (defined below) from Ceiling Storage and More Inc., an Arizona corporation doing business as CeilingSAM (“Company,” “CeilingSAM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Policy is incorporated into and made part of the CeilingSAM Terms & Conditions and any applicable service agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Agreement.
1. APPLICABILITY
1.1 Covered Transactions. This Policy applies to all purchases of Products made directly from Company through the Website, invoice, estimate, in-person sale, or other authorized sales channel.
1.2 Agreement Controls. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Agreement, the Agreement controls unless this Policy expressly states otherwise.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Return Window. Customers must submit a written return request within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of Product delivery.
2.2 Condition Requirement. To be eligible for return, Products must be:
- Unopened and in original factory-sealed packaging
- Unused and uninstalled
- Unmodified and unaltered
- Complete with all components, hardware, manuals, and documentation
- Free from damage, markings, or wear
- In resalable condition as determined by Company
2.3 Inspection Requirement. All returned Products are subject to inspection and approval by Company prior to any refund.
2.4 Proof of Purchase. Valid proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
2.5 Opened Products Not Eligible. Products that have been opened, unsealed, assembled, installed, repackaged, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom, modified, or special-order Products
- Installed or partially installed Products
- Products removed from factory-sealed packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or storage conditions
- Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items
- Products returned without authorization
4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCESS
4.1 Authorization Required. All returns require prior written authorization from Company.
4.2 Unauthorized Returns. Products returned without authorization may be refused.
4.3 Return Instructions. Customer must follow all return instructions provided.
4.4 Return Deadline. Approved returns must be shipped within the specified timeframe.
5. RESTOCKING FEE
5.1 Standard Restocking Fee. All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
5.2 Deduction. The fee will be deducted from the refund.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer pays all return shipping costs
- Proper packaging is required
- Insurance is recommended
- Customer assumes risk during transit
Original shipping is non-refundable. Company does not provide prepaid labels.
7. REFUND CALCULATION
Refund Amount = Product Price − 10% Fee − Shipping
Installation, delivery, expedited shipping, and service fees are non-refundable.
8. SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DEFECTS
Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report damage immediately.
9. REFUSED DELIVERIES
- Subject to return conditions
- Customer pays all shipping costs
- Restocking fees apply
10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped or once custom production begins.
11. REFUSAL OF RETURNS
- Does not meet requirements
- Shows use or installation
- Missing parts
- Returned late
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Company liability is limited to the original purchase price.
13. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Company may update this Policy at any time.
