This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to Ceiling Storage and More Inc. branded overhead storage systems and components (“Product”) and is effective from the original retail purchase date.

Coverage. Ceiling Storage and More Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser only that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the Product. If a covered defect occurs, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or component with the same or a comparable item (new or reconditioned). This Warranty covers the Product only and excludes labor, installation, removal, shipping, and related costs.

Conditions. Valid only if the Product is installed strictly per Company instructions, mounted to structurally sound framing members, used within rated capacity with evenly distributed loads, limited to no more than two (2) units per pair of ceiling framing members, not modified or improperly repaired, and inspected annually with hardware tightened. Failure to comply voids this Warranty.

Exclusions. Covers defects in materials or workmanship only and does not cover improper installation or workmanship; misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or overloading; modification; failure to follow instructions; corrosion, rust, oxidation, discoloration, environmental exposure, acts of nature; normal wear; cosmetic damage; damage to stored items or surrounding property; commercial or industrial use; or shipping damage (claims must be filed with the carrier). Ceiling Storage and More Inc. does not warrant the structural adequacy of any structure to which the Product is attached and is not responsible for installation errors or structural failure. Installers and dealers are independent parties.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceiling Storage and More Inc. shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of use, loss of profits, or personal injury arising from use or inability to use the Product. Implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this Warranty. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

General. Non-transferable; applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required. Governed by Arizona law; exclusive venue in Maricopa County, Arizona. This is the entire warranty and may not be modified by any dealer, installer, or representative. You may also have other rights that vary by state.
