Terms and Conditions
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT
By purchasing products through the Ceiling Storage and More Inc. (CSAM) website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between CSAM and the Customer.
2. PAYMENT AND DISPUTE OF CHARGES
All charges for products purchased through the CSAM website are due at the time of purchase. Any unpaid or returned payments will result in additional fees, including a 1.5% monthly interest charge or the maximum allowable under state law, whichever is greater. The Customer agrees to cover any fees incurred from returned payments, including bank charges.
The Customer agrees to accept all charges unless a dispute is raised in writing within 14 days of the transaction date. Any disputes regarding the amount or calculation of charges must be submitted to CSAM within this period. Disputes submitted after this time will not be accepted.
3. WARRANTY ON MATERIALS
CSAM warrants the quality of the materials for life. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any materials that do not meet industry standards when used as intended.
CSAM does not provide any warranty on the installation of products, as installation is the responsibility of the Customer or third-party installers. This warranty does not cover materials that have been altered, modified, or damaged by improper installation, misuse, overuse, negligence, unauthorized repairs, or any use inconsistent with the intended purpose.
CSAM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In no event will CSAM be liable for direct, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including loss of profits, data, or personal injury) arising from the use or performance of the products.
4. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where the Customer resides. Any disputes arising from the purchase of products shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless the parties agree otherwise.
Each party is responsible for their own arbitration costs. The final decision of the arbitrator will be binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrator may award the reimbursement of arbitration fees. Costs of enforcing an arbitral award, including reasonable attorney’s fees, will be borne by the non-complying party.
5. HEADINGS
Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions, along with the details provided at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between CSAM and the Customer and supersede all prior understandings or agreements regarding the transaction. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
7. NOTICE
Any notice required under this Agreement must be provided in writing via certified mail or by confirmed electronic means (e.g., email). Notices are deemed effective upon receipt for certified mail or upon transmission for electronic communications, provided a confirmation is sent by registered mail.
8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. Failure by either party to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CSAM, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal actions (including attorney’s fees) arising from the Customer’s improper use or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. SURVIVING CLAUSES
Any obligations that, by their nature, are intended to survive the completion of the transaction will remain in effect after the sale is complete.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Ceiling Sam mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ceiling Sam (“Ceiling Sam”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Ceiling Sam’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ceiling Sam through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ceiling Sam. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18333683986 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ceiling Sam mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
