Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

CEILINGSAM RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is in its original packaging and in new, unopened condition. All hardware, instructions, warranties, registration materials, and packaging must be included.

To request a return:

  • Email our support team at info@ceilingstorageandmore.com for return authorization.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with shipping instructions and the return address.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price minus actual shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, and returns should be shipped to our designated warehouse with adequate shipping insurance.

Please ensure you select a reliable freight carrier that provides tracking, insurance, and proper packaging. CeilingSAM is not liable for lost or damaged returns. Once received, our team will inspect the return to ensure it meets our criteria. Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Parts or packaging are missing
  • The product is not in resalable condition

Unauthorized returns or those without prior approval will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact customer service immediately. If the product has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If the product has already shipped, you can return it under our Return Policy (shipping costs and restocking fees apply).
